Our Ceremonial Matcha comes from the Matsushita Tea Garden in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka, Japan, where spring-harvested Saemidori and Tsuyuhikari tea cultivars are carefully stone-milled into an ultra-fine, vibrant green powder.

The result is a matcha with a smooth, creamy body, buttery umami, and gentle natural sweetness. Balanced enough to enjoy traditionally with hot water and versatile enough for your favorite matcha latte.

Unlike steeped tea, matcha uses the finely ground tea itself. Whisk it up, drink it down, and enjoy the whole cup.

HOW TO MAKE IT
Add approximately 1 gram of matcha per 8 oz serving. Heat water to about 175°F, add to your matcha, and whisk until smooth and lightly frothy.

Prefer a latte? Prepare your matcha with a small amount of hot water, whisk until smooth, then add your favorite steamed or cold milk.

Approximately 28 servings per package.
