Refund policy

At Alligator Lake Social Club, every bag is roasted fresh to order, just for you. Because of the perishable and made-to-order nature of our coffee, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we stand behind every bag we ship. If your order arrives damaged, lost, or there's an error with your shipment, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take care of you. That's the Social Club way.
